Are you passionate about International Scouting?
Scouts SA is looking for a dynamic person to lead International Scouting in SA. The Branch Commissioner, International, will be someone who wants to ‘step up’ and deliver a diverse range of international experiences for our members. A program that promotes global awareness, cultural exchange and a wide range of international Scouting opportunities.
The person will:
- Support the Scouts Australia International Team to promote Australian contingents travelling overseas.
- Motivate local groups, districts and teams to organise our own international adventures.
- Promote international programs developed by the world organisation like; Messengers of Peace, JOTA/JOTI, Scouts for SDGs, Better World initiatives and more. You do not need to go overseas to enjoy an international experience.
We want more members of Scouts SA to connect with international Scouting. This is a unique and special opportunity for a person with strong leadership, organisational and creative skills to make a difference in the lives of the members of Scouts SA.
